At MTC Kitchen, we take pride in the quality of our culinary tools and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Securely Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused item in its original box, ensuring all protective padding and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
